Sadlers Farm is a beautiful 8 acre site consisting of a Grade II listed Farmhouse, a 1970’s single storey extension, outbuildings, a Barn, ruins and lovingly maintained gardens.

Argyll has been appointed on a design and build basis to renovate and retrofit the property sustainably to make it fit for modern use whilst caring and respecting the existing heritage. The scope includes repairing the existing fabric to make the buildings more energy efficient in line with 2050 Paris Agreement and the Government’s Green Deal. In addition to this there is a proposal to convert and extend the existing extension to form a new light filled open plan kitchen / diner which promotes connectivity to the landscaped gardens and provides facilities suitable for a growing family.

There is also an unused Barn on-site that Argyll aim to retrofit to Passivhaus standards to provide additional facilities.
